Lisa McCorquodale-Robalin: Resident Member, President. Lisa was elected to the THCA Board in 2023. Lisa has proudly called San Antonio home for the past 20 years. She and her husband, Alfonso, raised their three boys in the city and have deep roots in historic Tobin Hill. Together, they restored and now live in a 107-year-old home that has been part of their family for more than 70 years. They also restored a second family home in the neighborhood, which they operate as a long-term or short-term rental.

Lisa has lived in Tobin Hill for six years and values the neighborhood’s diversity, walkability, history, and vibrant local businesses. She is a local Realtor based in Tobin Hill and a certified Historic Home Specialist through the San Antonio Office of Historic Preservation and the San Antonio Board of Realtors. She is also a former SAISD teacher and currently substitutes at local campuses.

Lisa has served on the Tobin Hill Community Association Board for three years and on the Tobin Hill Historic Committee for two years. Her community involvement includes organizing Neighbors Night Out, leading THCA’s Pride Parade participation, producing the weekly Tobin Tuesday newsletter, and working closely alongside her husband during his three years as THCA President.

Beyond Tobin Hill, Lisa runs her own wellness business and is active in Fiesta San Antonio events. She also serves as a Board Member and Treasurer of the San Antonio Hermann Sons Home Association and is President of the Louise Schuetze Hermann Sons Lodge.

Lisa and Alfonso enjoy walking their blue-eyed dog, Daisy, through the neighborhood almost daily. She loves calling Tobin Hill home and is passionate about keeping the community connected, informed, safe, and thriving.

THCA's President is elected yearly and is allowed to serve up to four (4) consecutive terms.  

Malcolm Hartman: Business Member. Malcolm was elected to the THCA board in January 2025.

Parker Dixon: Resident Member. Parker was elected to the THCA Board in 2024.

Diane Redin: Resident Member, Treasurer. Diane was elected to the THCA Board in 2023. When Diane and her husband became new empty nesters, they had the opportunity to move anywhere in San Antonio, but Tobin Hill caught their attention because of its history, landmarks, and historic homes. They now live in the heart of this vibrant and energy-filled community. Diane’s experience is working in non-profit development, planning, and coordinating events, volunteer management, and database management. She was an at-home mom for many years, volunteering with my children’s activities, including PTA, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and various booster clubs. She also served as the head of the Missions Committee as well as the Marketing and Outreach Committee for our church. Diane currently works as a commercial property manager for a small family-owned business. The opportunity to give back to their community is something Diane feels strongly about and is something they hope to accomplish while serving on the Board. With years of experience planning events and coordinating volunteers, Diane is an asset as the Board continues to grow and thrive. Benefiting from this opportunity, Diane’s dependability and follow through ensures both the Board and Community Association are well represented at all events.

Greg Seiler, Business Member. Greg was elected to the THCA Board in 2026.

C. Elaine Cummins, Resident Member. Elaine was elected to the THCA Board in 2026.

Patricia (Tish) Reck, Resident Member. Tish was elected to the THCA Board in 2026.

THCA Board members are elected for two-year terms and are staggered so that half are elected or re-elected in even-numbered years and half are elected or re-elected in odd-numbered years. No member may serve more than four (4) consecutive years on the Board.
